Sleep and Weight are linked!


I don't normally read the Daily mail, however today was an exception. According to the report I read today, both sleep and weight are linked.

The report I read today, stated that lack of sleep can cause the 'appetite controlling part of the brain' to become active. This report followed an experiment which found that those who were deprived of 80 mins sleep daily consumed 549 calories extra per day. 

In conclusion, sleep the recommended amount, which is 8 hours. Another thing which I have been recommended is to take an afternoon nap for about 40 mins to an 1 hour. 

 

The Importance of Monday

I kind of got Bored, so I decided to google search the importance of Moday. The results were somewhat interesting, so I decided to share the with you. So here it goes;



Monday is the most important day of the week. Not only is it the first, but it also sets the tone for the week. Therefore, if Monday is a happy day, then chances are, so will the rest of the week. Based on this, I give you the following piece of advice:

When Monday comes, have an action plan. Implement it on Monday, and stick to it. Hopefully, that action plan may become a daily routine.

Tesco's Pricing Error

I heard about this earlier, but only decided to blog about it now! 

Tesco made a huge pricing error with the Ipad 3. Instead of pricng it at £500, they price it at the incredibly cheap price of £49.99. A Bargain.
