Sleep and Weight are linked!


I don't normally read the Daily mail, however today was an exception. According to the report I read today, both sleep and weight are linked.

The report I read today, stated that lack of sleep can cause the 'appetite controlling part of the brain' to become active. This report followed an experiment which found that those who were deprived of 80 mins sleep daily consumed 549 calories extra per day. 

In conclusion, sleep the recommended amount, which is 8 hours. Another thing which I have been recommended is to take an afternoon nap for about 40 mins to an 1 hour.
